What we collect
- Account data: email, username, optional display name, optional avatar and bio.
- Purchase history: what you bought, when, and how much you paid.
- Uploaded files: if you sell, the audio files and metadata you submit.
- Basic technical data: IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace, process payments, deliver downloads, send transactional emails (purchase receipts, sale notifications, status updates), and protect against fraud. We do not sell your data and we do not run ad networks.
Third parties we share data with
- Supabase - database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe - payment processing and seller payouts. Card details never touch our servers.
- Email provider - to deliver transactional emails about your account and purchases.
Data retention
We keep account and purchase data as long as your account is active. Uploaded audio remains available so previous buyers can re-download it. If you delete your account, we anonymize your profile and remove uploads that have never been purchased; we retain purchase records as required for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email privacy@wavlo.app and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising pixels.
